Urban Developers Group is looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on social media branding, employer branding content, and video production. You will play a key part in creating visuals and videos that strengthen Urban Developers Group across platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design social media posts, stories, and branding material to showcase BrainX’s culture and employer brand.
  • Collaborate with the HR & Marketing team to create content for recruitment drives, employee spotlights, internal events, and achievements.
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for employer branding, company events, employee engagement activities, and cultural celebrations.
  • Add animations, transitions, effects, and sound to create impactful storytelling in videos.
  • Conceptualize motion graphics, infographics, and illustrations for digital communication.
  • Ensure all creative output is on-brand, engaging, and delivered on time.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and creative techniques to keep content fresh and appealing.

Skills Required

  • 1–2 or more years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably within an IT company or a digital media environment.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant design/video tools.
  • Hands-on experience in creating content for social media branding, employer branding, and event coverage.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, event creatives, and employer branding videos.
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects is a strong plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt designs to evolving social media trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with HR, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
